I've had this set up for my new business for nearly three months now. I previously used Loox and thought I'd give this one a shot, but I'm a bit let down.

It seems like it takes ages for things to sync up, and when it comes to getting rid of fake reviews from the site, it’s a real hassle. Why can’t they just disappear right after you hit reject? It’s a bit strange.

Honestly, this reviews app is pretty pricey, especially when you consider that Loox charges half as much.

I just think it’s way too costly for what you get and how long it takes to sort things out. Feels like they might be using outdated software or something, and I just don’t have the time to deal with that.

If you want to justify your pricing, you really need to step up your game.
